TUITION, PAYMENT PLANS
CDA Class: $50 registration fee, $800 tuition.
CDA Class Payment Plan: $50 registration fee, $160 on the 1st day of the month for 5 months.
CDA Renewal: $50 registration fee, $475 tuition.
CDA Renewal Payment Plan: $50 registration fee, $160 on the 1st day of the month for 3 months. Students applying for the CDA Renewal payment plan must email a copy of their CDA credential within 2 weeks of starting classes to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Payments are automatically drafted from the credit card supplied until the payment is paid in full. Classes are non-transferable and students are responsible for the entire tuition balance even if the coursework is not completed.
Additional costs may include a textbook, application materials, formal assessment by the Council for Professional Recognition and other related costs. Students who do not pay tuition on time will be charged a late fee of $70. Payments that are overdue by 30 days will be placed in collections for the entire outstanding balance and any additional collection fees.
Enrollment coupon codes can only be applied at the time of online enrollment and payment; not after submitting the online application.
CREDIT CARD CHARGES & COUPONS
It is the student’s responsibility to ensure there are adequate funds on the credit card for the tuition payments by 12:01 AM EST the date that the payment is due. Credit card information must be accurate and current at all times. You may change your credit card number at any time through the My Account section in your student portal. There is a $5 fee each time you change your credit card information or pay off any balance early.
Student who choose the pay in full option can request a refund within the first 48 hrs from the official start date. Students who choose the payment plan option are not eligible for a refund. Your start is the date and time you complete the application online or the date we receive your scholarship application from a scholarship entity, whichever is first. Registration fees, course materials, and textbooks are non-refundable. To request a refund, email email@example.com. We do not process refunds over the phone.
Student who participates in NYS EIP scholarship program and is eligible for tuition refund will receive within 14 business days of CDAClass.org receiving scholarship check from NYS EIP; which is approximately one quarter (90 days) from date of signed and executed NYS EIP award.
TIMELINE TO COMPLETE COURSEWORK
Students can work freely on course completion but cannot complete coursework without paying the entire tuition balance. The CDA Class coursework must be completed within 365 days of the start date. The CDA Renewal coursework must be completed within 6 months of the start date.

It is your responsibility to gather all needed materials on your own. This includes but is not limited to obtaining letters of reference, obtaining a library card, distributing and collecting parent opinion questionnaires and having a formal assessment completed.
